Expressway R35 (Czech: Rychlostní silnice R35) is an expressway in Czech Republic. If completed, it will be longest expressway in Czech Republic. First segment was opened in 1970s.

As of 2006 91 km of full expressway (+ 3 km of semi-expressway) are in operation in three segments. Two segments are under construction - 3 km long part of Olomouc bypass and 1 km long segment needed by Highway D11 near Hradec Králové.
