Expressway R10 (Czech: rychlostní silnice R10) is an expressway in Czech Republic, northeast from Prague to Mladá Boleslav and Turnov. It forms the part of E65.
The sections were built from Prague since 1970s and at that time, it was planned to build it to the Polish border, not only to Turnov. Expressway reached Turnov in 1990. In 1993, government decided that the section Turnov - Polish border will not be constructed. Thus, it is considered to be the first completed expressway in the Czech Republic.
