In running a Wikipedia search of my chosen username, I found only one site related to a theatre troupe with the same name, though the explanation of why they chose this particular moniker is sadly lacking. Their logo/icon is intriguing, however, with a vague tie-in to mathematical symbolism...

A google search yielded instead a few of the more expected links to Deus Ex Machina, of course, but also one intriguing self-hosted blog regarding a charming little miracle of the human neonatal development brand, whose aptly and similarly named blog details his days since the NICU. I must say a name like Snowdeal does indeed raise an eyebrow or two - makes me think of Stephenson's Snowcrash. I am sure there are a few witty things I could say about the inherent irony there but I digress...

I am currently exploring once again in a way similar to that when I first became involved in the internet in a definitive fashion back in 1992/3...back in the days of those huge dot-matrix printers that thrummed noisily and happily away printing out page after page of how-to instructions for me on programming in different MUDs, MUSHes and other MU*s. Thems were the days. Since then I seem to have become lost in a Quixotic quest for advanced degree-age which has since slip slided into certain unaccounted for realities...and now I am once again exploring a more creative left-brained side of myself in the sometimes fairly right-brained world of computers and web technologies.

For now this will suffice, as I decide what more I wish to say and how best to say it. Thank you for your kind attention to this self-centered ramble.
