This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I Monocrat 18:56, 28 May 2006 (UTC) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- it is a low-resolution copy of a DVD cover;
- it does not limit the copyright owners' rights to sell the DVD in any way;
- copies can not be used to make illegal copies of the DVD artwork on another DVD;
- the image is one used by online stores to sell the product and is promotional in nature;
- it provides illustration to the claim that DVDs are available.
