Ewan Aitken

Rev Ewan Aitken is an ordained minister of the Church of Scotland and an elected Labour Party councillor in the City of Edinburgh. On 22 August 2006, he was elected leader of the ruling Labour Group on the City of Edinburgh Council and as such leader of the Council.

He is a member of the Iona Community and the Christian Socialist Movement.

Aitken is married with two young children and lives in Edinburgh.
