EvilPoison is a minimalist window manager for the X Window System. It lacks traditional window manager decorations in that there is only a one pixel border around windows, and even this feature can be removed or re-adjusted from a command-line option. EvilPoison has other basic window manager features such as key bindings for tasks such as launching a terminal and managing windows and virtual desktops.
EvilPoison is free software. It is based on the source code to evilwm, which itself was based on the source code to aewm, which itself was based on the source code to 9wm, a minimalist window manager based on the interface to the Plan 9 operating system.
EvilPoison takes ideas from Ratpoison and tries to incorporate them into the evilwm-like interface.
