[edit] Hello

You are invited to participate in Wikipedia:WikiProject Houston, a project dedicated to developing and improving articles about Houston and related areas.
Currently, we are discussing prospects for the project. Your input would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for your recent contributions to Houston, Texas related articles. Postoak 23:39, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] David M. Gonzales

  • Thank you for the compliment on the article. I would like it if both sections were seperate. The reasoning behind this is that some of us are using this as a standard in regard to military bios. Civilian honors should not be mixed up with military honors. My objective these last two weeks is to make sure that every Hispanic Medal of Honor recipient has an article in Wikipedia. Cheer! [edit] Darwin Awards

Just a note re: your edits to Darwin Awards - "honour" and "sterilising" are not typos or mispellings, but are the English spellings of those words. See WP:MOS#National varieties of English and WP:SPELLING. MarkBrooks 21:15, 9 December 2006 (UTC)

My edits to "honour" and "sterilising" Darwin Awards were actually reverts back to the way they were spelled in the original text and someone had changed them. The "honour" and "sterilising" versions are actually British spellings. I changed them back to American English. The other changes I made were for grammar/typos/clarity.--Evb-wiki 16:00, 10 December 2006 (UTC)
So, they're actually the British English spellings? Isn't that a tautology? :) MarkBrooks 05:30, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
