Evariste Payer (Born - December 12, 1887 in Rockland, Ontario, Canada) was a Canadian professional hockey player who played 1 season in the National Hockey League for the Montreal Canadiens.

Payer played for the Montreal Canadiens in the defunct National Hockey Association from 1910-11 to 1911-12. He re-joined the Canadiens 7 seasons later in the newly formed National Hockey League in 1917-18. Payer would play only 1 game in the NHL
