Evans Paul

Evans Paul, called K-plim, is a Haïtian politician and former president of the Democratic United Committee. (KID: Komite inite Demokratik). He is currently running for President of Haïti in the upcoming 2006 elections. He was elected Mayor of Port-au-Prince in the 1990 elections that brougth Aristide's FNCD to power.
