The first C.D single to be released from the original album Protereotita was Anapandites Kliseis. Anapandites Kliseis was double A-side single with Treli Kardia. The single peaked at number 1 for a successful 2 weeks. After the release of the C.D single a number of singles (video clips) followed throughout the year. The first being Antithesis then Katse Kala then the last being Stin Kardia Mou Mono Thlispi from the original Protereotita tracklist.
In early 2005 Elena was chosen for the Eurovision song contest 2005 in Kiev where she won. After Elena's success Protereotita was released again with 11 new tracks and My Number One was released throughout Europe. My Number One was the Elena's second C.D single to go to number 1.
