EuroAtlantic Airways is a charter airline based in Portugal. It operates worldwide long and medium-haul services and is certified to operate in the USA and Canada. Its main base is Portela Airport, Lisbon.

The airline was established in 1997 and started operations in May 1997. It began services as Air Madeira (the trading name of Air Zarco) when it purchased a Lockheed Tristar aircraft for transatlantic charter flights. It gained its own air operators certificate in 1999 and adopted its present name in 2000. EuroAtlantic Airways is owned by Quanlux (Luxembourg) (45%), Tomaz Julio Teixeira Metello (25%), Anglotel (Luxembourg) (20%) and Danielle Chadrin Metello (10%). In 2005, EuroAtlantic airways had €109 million in revenue and a profit of €5.9 million.
