ETV Network is a now defunct music video subscription service that became part of Promo Only in 2003. They were formerly based in Burbank, California, and provided service to retail and hospitality industries like Fossil, Inc., Easy Link Aviation, Hard Rock Cafe, Macy's, and Virgin Megastore.

ETV Network was founded 1984 by Gary Hunt and Barry Jaffe as Edwards Technologies Video. Over the years, they accumlated a large collection of music videos, rumored to be the third biggest behind VH1 and MTV. ET Videos became the ETV Network in 2004 after acquiring three other video services: Telegenics, Videolink and Network Canada. The new name was chosen to represent the four companies; ET, Telegenics, Videolink, Network Canada.
