The ETIQ (Dijon IUT Computer Engineering Department Students Association) is a student association created in 1983. It intends to create friendly links between all students of the department. To achieve this, the ETIQ purposes services:

Food and Drink Low Cost
Former school tests with answers
Buying a lot of CD's and DVD's very low cost
RPG Club
Internet connexion from 3 computers
Parties

[edit] The role of ETIQ

Traditionnaly, ETIQ members deal with newbies integration. A DUT cycle contains 2 year of formation, split in 4 semesters. It means that S3 students welcome S1 students, and show them what are IUT customs. Finally, they bring newbies to the B7 room, the ETIQ room! Being present everywhere, the ETIQ is becoming one of the busiest association on the Dijon University. At last, by keeping contact with former students, the ETIQ makes links between present and past.

Each student stay 2 years at IUT, normally. It means that someone in the direction stay within for one year. S4 students go in probation in April, so elections came in March, to allow newbies to know their new prerogatives.
