Etheridge Shire Council is a Local Government Area in north Queensland, Australia. The shire includes the towns of Mount Surprise, Einasleigh, Forsayth and the administrative centre, Georgetown.
The shire is part of the Gulf Savanna region and has an economy based around cattle grazing and mining.
