[edit] Estoppel of Equity

The Land Registration Act 2002 uses the phrase "estoppel of equity". Does anybody know if this means the same thing as "Equitable Estoppel", or if it is something different? In either case, the article should be updated to include it. JulesH 16:31, 11 January 2006 (UTC)
