Boserupian is totally different to Malthusian, her view has a positive impact on the population growth. She believed that population grwoth causes agricultural growth because when something(food) starts to run out we will ;invent' or innovate our way to solve the problem. For example, human invented farming because we were starting to run out of hunted food. Thedrefore population growth can cause the running out of food but also make human invent something new which makes human more civilised. Neo-Malthusian argued that Boserupian totally ignore the environmental impact of population and agricultural growth. (Edited by Felix Leung)
