Estanislao Basora

Estanislao Basora Brunet (born in Barcelona on 18 November 1926) is a former Spanish footballer and is considered one of the best Spanish soccer players in history.
He played for FC Barcelona between 1946 and 1958, winning four La Liga titles (1947-1948, 1948-1949, 1951-1952, 1952-1953), four Copa del Rey (1951, 1952, 1953, 1957), and the 1958 Inter-Cities Fairs Cup. In 1974, for the occasion of the 75 anniversary of the foundation of FC Barcelona, Basora was including in the best eleven in the history of the club.
He also earned 22 caps for the Spain national football team, scoring 13 goals [1]. In the 1950 FIFA World Cup, where Spain finished fourth, he scored five goals according to FIFA (although some sources claimed he only scored four).
