Estancia is located on Pinnacle Peak in Scottsdale, Arizona. , the private community of Estancia is similar to Desert mountain.The community is gated an is comprised of some 600 acres. Th club is one of the nices in the state of Arizona and the golf course offers a cady program.

Many of the homesites offer beautiful westerly views of the same famed sunsets that brought designer Frank Lloyd Wright to the area. With a restricted number of members, this exclusive membership takes pride in the superb golf course designed by Tom Fazio, which was awarded Golf Digest’s “Best New Private Course of 1996”.
