Well I am at a lost with regards to what I want to say here. I guess I should start by explaining my current involvement in Esperanza.

I am one of the co-organizers of the Wikipedia:Esperanza/User Page Award. Which has gotten of to a superb start! I also have a proposal concerning creating a new merge/branch for the KC and ESP, which I hope will help us reach out to more of our community. My goals for Esperanza are to encourage users to check the stress alerts more often, as well as encourage them to extend a kind word to try and help the stressed users get over their stress. To often I see users listed there just because they are leaving or stressed or on break. I'd like to see Esperanza make more of an effort to help these users. I feel I am a positive addition to Esperanza, and that leads me to believe I will be a positive addition to the Advisory Council.
