Subject to section 1:3:3ยง of the Esperanza Charter, we will discuss and vote on possible amendments to the charter. All members may vote who wish to. Each amendment requires the approval of the Advisory Committee (majority) and a support by the Admin. General Celestianpower (not needed though). It also needs a simple majority for passage, but if the Advisory Council request it (again a majority) it may require 2/3 instead. The wording of the amendment may be changed, by the approval of the Adv. Council and general consent through the Esperanza Community. If it is simple grammar mistakes (pardon me) that can be done without hesitation. These amendments originate from disputes and questions about the Charter in the past, that have been raised by many members. Any rules above may be changed by the request of any member, only by Celestianpower or the other Council members. Thanks, and go vote!
