Erwin Hinckly Barbour

Erwin Hinckly Barbour, Ph. D ( 1856 - ? ) was an American geologist, born near Oxford, Ohio, and educated at Miami University and at Yale, where he graduated in 1882. He was assistant paleontologist to the United States Geological Survey from 1882 to 1888. He was employed in various places thereafter including professor of geology in the University of Nebraska.
