Ersin Mehmedović (born May 10, 1981, in Novi Pazar) is a Serbian football player, who is currently under contract with Romanian team FCU Politehnica Timişoara.
The defender was bought by the Liga 1 club during the winter break of 2005 from Belgian side KAA Gent. He was then loaned out to FC Naţional Bucureşti for the whole 2005/06 season. He returned to "Poli" when his loan ended, and despite rumored offers from Swiss and Turkish clubs,[1] he remained at the Timişoara based club.
Since his return to "Poli", Mehmedović has established himself as a regular in the teams' starting line-up.
