Ernst Ludvig Emanuel Schultz (May 15, 1879 - June 20, 1906) was an early twentieth century Danish athlete who specialised in the 400 metres. He participated at the 1900 Summer Olympics in Paris and won the Bronze medal in the Men's 400 metres event.
He died only aged 27.
