Ernst Aigner (born October 31, 1966) is an Austrian football player.
He played for Admira Wacker, Austria Wien, VSE St. Pölten and ASK Kottingbrunn.
He played for Austria national football team (11 caps) and was a participant at the 1990 FIFA World Cup.
