Ernesta Ballard

Ernesta Drinker Ballard (1920–11 August 2005) was an American feminist and former head of The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society.
Ballard was a founder of the National Organization of Women, she founded the Philadelphia branch on Alice Paul's birthday on January 11, 1967.
