Eriya Kategaya

Eriya Kategaya (born July 4, 1945) is a politician from Uganda. He was born in Kyamate, Ntungamo district, Uganda. He was foreign minister of Uganda from July 1996 until July 2001 and internal affairs minister from July 2001 until May 2003.

Kategaya, who was once one of the leaders of Yoweri Museveni's National Resistance Movement, is now a member of Forum for Democratic Change, an opposition party.
