Erik Vlček (born 29 December 1981 in Komárno) is a Slovakian flatwater canoer, who won an Olympic bronze medal in K-4 1000 m at the Canoeing at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. He has also won five World Championships gold medals as part of Slovakia's renowned štvorkajak K-4 crew.
He has been a scholarship holder with the Olympic Solidarity program since August 2002. Vlček is a member of the ŠKP club in Bratislava. He is 188 cm (6'2"} tall and weighs 84 kg (185 lbs).
