Erich Rhoemer was a German terrorist in Syphon Filter.

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

He along with his Chief Lieutenant Mara Aramov first planned to spread the Syphon Filter virus in Washington D.C.. When that failed, he then planned to start a war between China and the US. He was killed by Gabriel Logan at the end of the game.
