Erica Ruth Hill (born July 20, 1976, in Connecticut) is an American TV news presenter who currently works for CNN and CNN Headline News. She anchors Prime News with Erica Hill on Headline News at 6:00 p.m. ET as part of the network's "Headline Prime" primetime lineup. Hill also contributes news updates to Anderson Cooper 360° and Paula Zahn NOW on CNN and has a segment called Straight to Hill during Glenn Beck's program on Headline News.

Hill began her journalism career as a production assistant for "PC Week Radio", the online news program for PC Week magazine. She later worked for TechTV (previously ZDTV) as the anchor of its TechLive program and its earlier incarnation TechTV News/ZDTV News. Erica is noted for her live reporting of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks when she was working for TechTV.

She graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Journalism from Boston University. She is also fluent in French. Hill married David Yount on October 15, 2005,[1] and on November 25, 2006 gave birth to her first son, Weston Robert.[2] In 2006, she was listed at #35 in People Magazine's 100 Most Beautiful People issue.
