Eric Ober

Eric Ober is a former President of CBS News from 1990–1996, and The Food Network from 1997–2000.

A native of Brooklyn, New York, Mr. Ober is a graduate of Yale University (B.A.) and Columbia University (M.A.)

His successor at CBS News was Andrew Heyward.

He currently runs a television production company in New York City while also acting as Chairman of the Board for Vault (company).
