Eric Li

Eric Ka-Cheung Li, GBS OBE LLD (Hon.) DSocSc (Hon.) JP (Traditional Chinese: 李家祥) (b.1953) is a professional accountant and a major contributor in the public domain of Hong Kong. An alumnus of St. Paul's Co-educational College, the University of Manchester and the London Business School, Li is a former member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council (accounting sector). He is also an adjunct professor of School of Accountancy of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and School of Business of Hong Kong Baptist University. Some of his numerous honours include: Honorary Doctor of Laws from the University of Manchester, Honorary Doctor of Social Sciences from the Hong Kong Baptist University, Honorary Fellow of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, ‘Beta Gamma Sigma Chapter Honoree’ of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Honorary Alumnus of the London Business School.
