Eric Laneuville

Eric Laneuville (born July 14, 1952) is an American television director and actor.
His first acting role was in the science-fiction cult classic The Omega Man (1971) with Charlton Heston. His first directing assignments were for episodes of St. Elsewhere, in which he also acted, playing the character of Orderly/Physician's Assistant Luther Hawkins. He has directed episodes of notable and acclaimed series such as L.A. Law (1986), Quantum Leap (1989), NYPD Blue (1993), ER (1995), Gilmore Girls (2004), Monk (2005), and Lost (2005). Laneuville continues to act, most recently appearing in a guest role as Dr. Lamar in the TV series Scrubs (2002). He also appeared in the 1994 film Fear of a Black Hat, a mockumentary parodying 1990s hip-hop culture. Actually Eric played Larry on the ABC series Room 222 in the 1960's before the Omega Man
