Eric Kimble (born June 8, 1983 in Seoul, South Korea) is an American football wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League.

Kimble went undrafted in the 2006 NFL Draft. He signed with the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent on May 5, 2006. Kimble is currently competing for a roster spot.

Over his four year career at Eastern Washington University, Kimble caught 253 passes for 4,140 yards 46 touchdowns. He also rushed for 339 yards and five TDs on 65 carries, returned 74 punts for a 13.4-yard average and three touchdowns and fielded 28 kickoffs for a 16.6-yard average. Kimble holds virtually every school career and single-season receiving record. He was a first-team Division I-AA All-America pick and a first-team All-Big Sky Conference selection his senior year when he caught 87 passes for 1,419 yards and 12 touchdowns. As a junior, he was a second team I-AA All-America selection as a receiver and a first-team all-conference pick as both a receiver and return specialist.
