[edit] Career in the NFL

Eric Green's first season was upsetted by injuries, moving him into a back-up cornerback. However, as of March 2006, Green was expected to challenge cornerback David Macklin for the starting right cornerback job. Green's injuries throughout his first season caused him problems but he still showed flashes of starting ability. He is currently improving his condition and strength to prevent injuries for next season.
