It also holds the World Tap Dance Championship every late November. In 2006, there were 28 countries represented at this competition. Erdgas Arena opened in 2004* and holds 5,500 people.

  • It opened before 2004, but I do not know the exact date. I know this because the World Tap Dance Championships were held there in 2002.
