Eraldo Monzeglio

Eraldo Monzeglio (June 5, 1906November 3, 1981) was an Italian footballer in defense role.

Monzeglio was born in Vignale Monferrato, in the province of Alessandria (Piedmont).

In his career (1924–1939) played for Casale, Bologna (won one title in 1928-1929) and Roma. For Italian team he won two time World Champion title, in 1934 and 1938.

In trainer career (1941–1973) he managed A.S. Roma, Pro Sesto, Napoli, Sampdoria, Juventus, Lecco and Chiasso, in Switzerland. He died at 85 years old.
