[edit] Largest city

When you click "largest city", it goes to List of metropolitan areas by population, so the largest city is Quezon City, the most populous city. --Howard the Duck 10:40, 4 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] License tagging for Image:1257368054 m.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:1257368054 m.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 02:04, 28 October 2006 (UTC)

Public domain

I, the creator of this work, hereby release it into the public domain. This applies worldwide.
In case this is not legally possible,
I grant any entity the right to use this work for any purpose, without any conditions, unless such conditions are required by law.

Copyrighted This image is copyrighted. However, the copyright holder has irrevocably released all rights to it, allowing it to be freely reproduced, distributed, transmitted, used, modified, built upon, or otherwise exploited in any way by anyone for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial, with or without attribution of the author, as if in the public domain.
Public domain This work is in the public domain because it is an Ordnance Survey map over 50 years old. Ordnance Survey maps are covered by crown copyright which in this case expires 50 years after publication. Ordnance Survey does however ask that they be credited and that the date of publication be given.

Any ancillary rights gained through the creation of the electronic version are granted as freely usable under any circumstances.

Public domain This image is a national, governmental, military, royal/vice-regal, civic, organizational or historical flag. This image may or may not be usable in Wikipedia and its precise copyright status should be determined as soon as possible. As always, please list the website where you obtained the image from.
Warning sign Note: This tag is obsolete! Please do not use this generic template and replace this with one that details the flag image's specific copyright:
  • {{PD-self}} (if you made it yourself, wishing to place it into the public domain),
  • {{GFDL-self}} (if you made it yourself, wishing to license it under the GFDL),
  • {{PD-USGov-CIA-WF}} (from the CIA World Factbook),
  • {{PD-user|user}} (if another user released his/her rights)
  • Note: Representations of national flags may be subject to copyright as ordinary two-dimensional works of art under United States law, and fall under the purview of Bridgeman Art Library Ltd. v. Corel Corporation (thus, the source of the image is probably irrelevant to its copyright status if it was designed to faithfully adhere to the original flag).
