Ephraim Markovich Sklyansky (Russian: Эфраим Маркович Склянский) (August 12 (O.S. July 31), 1892 - August 27, 1925) was a Soviet statesman. Sklyansky worked with Trotsky as a deputy during the Russian Civil War (1918-1920) and helped improve the fighting condition of the Red Army.
