Ephraïm Inoni (born 16 August 1947) is the Prime Minister of Cameroon. He is a longtime loyalist and assistant of President Paul Biya and was previously the deputy secretary general to the presidency. He was appointed to the position of Prime Minister by Biya on December 8, 2004 as part of a cabinet reshuffle, and was sworn in that day. Inoni is a member of the Bakweri ethnic group.
