Enver Hoxhaj is a professor at the University of Prishtina and a Member of the Assembly of Kosovo. He was previously the founder of KODI Institute until he resigned in March 2004 when he decided to join the Democratic Party of Kosovo. Currently he leads the Kosovo Assembly Committee for Education, Science, Technology, Culture, Youth and Sports.
