A quick Google search turned up a DailyWTF post on March 21, 2006 (3 days earlier), as well as a random comment from Sep, 2005. Maybe a better wording would be "first popularized"?

A more careful Google search turns up similar uses from 2001: "Java's APIs have that "enterprisey" feel -- that is, "huge and bloated". Swing & AWT's poor performance is the main reason for Java's "slow" reputation."

[edit] Troll?

An example use would be "Rails based Web-App runs in an application server".

This claims to be an example of the use of Know-no-thing'sy, but the word doesn't even appear in the sentence. Is this simply a troll against Rails? I have no qualms about Rails being used as the target if the sentence were actually an example of the word's use, but in the current form it looks like trolling/vandalism.
