Part of EAI was sold to Dassault Systemes: http://www.3ds.com/news-events/press-room/release/92/1/ which later became part of the DELMIA product.
That's interesting, because UGS and Dassault Systems are the two big companies in CAD business. And both ripped interesting parts out of EAI.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 212.202.73.111 (talk • contribs).
- EAI-DELTA was an acquisition of EAI which was never fully integrated. The sale was part of a cash-raising attempt when EAI's business started to decline in 1998/1999. The rest of EAI was split into multiple parts, the litigation portion being spun off into a separate private company called Demonstratives, the interactive division being shut down, and the visualization/collaboration portion being sold to UGS.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 66.235.13.129 (talk • contribs).
