This image appears to be promotional material, and given the age of the theme park (1955), and the terms of U.S. Copyright, it is presumed to be copyrighted. Use in the article Enchanted Forest is for informational purposes -- depicting the content in an historic setting that cannot be duplicated today with a newly acquired image (the park is in a deteriorated condition). As the theme park is no longer a commercial venture, and the image is of relatively poor quality, its inclusion in Wikipedia probably does not significantly impact the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.
