En Avant Guingamp

En Avant Guingamp is a French football club, based in Guingamp that currently plays in Ligue 2. A number of high profile players have played for Guingamp including Jean-Pierre Papin (now the manager of Strasbourg), Vincent Candela, Florent Malouda and Didier Drogba. Guingamp play their home matches at Stade du Roudourou which can hold up to 18,040 spectators. They finished the 2005-06 season in 9th place despite having been close to relegation for much of the season. Guingamp have appointed Patrick Remy as manager after Alain Ravera was sacked.
