En-Yu Lin

En-Yu Lin(林恩宇)(born March 25, 1981 in Tainan City, Taiwan) is a Taiwanese baseball pitcher. He played for the Chinese Professional Baseball League's(CPBL) Macoto Cobras in 2005 and 2006 and joined NPB's Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles after CPBL's 2006 season ended. He throws a variety of different pitches and has a fastball speed up to 151km/h (94MPH), and is a member of the Chinese Taipei baseball team in the 2004 Olympics, 2006 World Baseball Classic and 2006 Intercontinental Cup.

- In his first 2005 CPBL season Lin won the following awards:rookie of the year, best nine players on the field, and the annual most valuable player.
- Lin pitched the first historical ball in the World Baseball Classic history on March 3, 2006, at the Tokyo Dome.
- In the 2006 CPBL season, Lin set the record of achieving most strike outs in a single season in the CPBL history (209K in 202.2 innings), as well as led in wins and earned run average.
