Emperork or Kevin Ray N. Chua (born July 7, 1990) is the current President of the Supreme Student Government of Don Vicente Rama Memorial National High School. He is the son of Ronilo and Elsa Chua. He is the brother of Khrisna Marie and Ervin John Chua.
He can speak in English, Tagalog, Cebuano and Waray-Waray.

He was born Kevin Ray Napalit Chua to parents Ronilo Chua, a former barangay councilor, and Elsa Napalit-Chua, a former member of an NGO.
He attended Lourdes Kindergarten School located in Barangay Punta Princesa. He entered immediately Kinder 2 and proceeded to Preparatory.
He attended his elementary years in Punta Princesa Elementary School where he was a consistent 1st section student (Grade 1-Section --, Grade 2-Section SELF-RELIANCE, Grade 3-Section PRUDENCE, Grade 4-Section RESPECTFUL, Grade 5-Section PIETY and Grade 6-Section HAPPINESS). He made his break in the school when he came to be known as 'Ka Ernie'.
He attended his highschool in Don Vicente Rama Memorial National High School where he is currently on 4th Year St. Augustine. He was also a consistent 1st section student (1st Year-Section CHARITY, 2nd Year-Section AMETHYST, 3rd Year-Section COPPER and 4th Year-Section ST. AUGUSTINE).

He was elected unanimously by the students of Don Vicente Rama Memorial National High School as the President of the school's Supreme Student Government for school year 2006-2007.
He is currently exhibiting to the best of his abilities on the different aspects of the school's concerns like tardiness prevention, proper waste segregation, flag ceremony attendance, school cleanliness, SSG-Administration-Faculty coordination and student's rights protection.
