The original authorship was concealed behind a stack of dabs, inviting well-meaning violations of GFDL.
In general, cut-and-paste is a justly forbidden means of renaming an article, and this repairs the damage.

The common topic of the two articles being merged (a single book whose paperback edition has been remaindered and probably forgotten) has also been treated with an exaggerated sense of its prominence and significance, and the final structure will remedy that.
