Empty is the debut album by American rock band Aero. The album was released in September 2001 on a San Bernadino area independent label. The album was re-released on Atlantic records in 2005.

In early 2002 the band was threatened with a lawsuit from the band Tait for using the same title as an album by that band, Empty. No action was taken but Alex Bainer was quoted as saying: "those Godsquad assholes think that they own the right to a word... It doesn't work that way"
