Empire Online

Empire Online is an online marketing company traded on the London Stock Exchange under the symbol EOL. The company promotes multiple online casino, poker, and bingo properties. Established in 2002, Empire Online is located in the British Virgin Islands and employs 40 people.
In October 2006, after passage of the Safe Port Act, the company terminated the US-facing aspect of its business.[1]

Previously the company's flagship poker product was Empire Poker, but the company sold that brand[5] in 2006 to PartyGaming as part of a settlement of a dispute[6] between the former partners.
