Emlichheim

Emlichheim is a village and a municipality in the district Bentheim, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated near the border with the Netherlands, on the river Vechte, approx. 20 km south of Emmen, and 25 km northwest of Nordhorn.

Emlichheim is also the seat of the Samtgemeinde ("collective municipality") Emlichheim, which consists of the following municipalities:

  • Emlichheim
  • Hoogstede
  • Laar
  • Ringe
